🌾Terms Of Service🌾

YOU MUST READ THIS BEFORE COMMISSIONING!!Payment
Payment must be in USD through PayPal.
Make sure to pay up front if you are able to. I can do payment plans, however i prefer not to. If you choose to do a payment, it must be 50% payed up front, and the next 50% to be paid for me to start the commission.If there is any reason as to why you must back out from this commission, I will send a full refund if no work has been started yet.
You must be over the age of 15 to commission me.

Time of completion
Once you have fully paid for your commission, I begin within 1-7 days of the full payment.
Depending on the complexity of the commission or idea, the overall completion time can be from 1-5 weeks, especially since I work a part time job, 5 days a week, which takes up a lot of my physical energy. I'll get as much work done as possible when I can!Once I have finished the commission, you will have the rights to the artwork, HOWEVER! You are not allowed to:
Trace, claim the artwork as your own or resell for your own profit (however, you can use it for merch, but please message me first about doing so). When receiving this commission, you must give full credit when posting the artwork publicly. If you can't find my social on said app/website, please dm where to link me :)

Communication
Please understand that I have a part time job and that my current main priority is my mental and physical well being. I am generally good at keeping up with WIPs and any questions asked.If you have any specific ideas or these that you would like in the commission piece, make sure to tell me straight away! I will not change this mid way through the commission. If you see anything that needs any changes made to the sketch, please let me know immediately!! I will work with references however I will not directly copy that reference copy that style/artwork.Note: if you choose to hassle me or speak rudely to me, I will decline your commission.
If any part of the Terms Of Service are breached, this will result in you being blocked and blacklisted from commissioning me in future periods.

Depending on the complexity of the character or idea will add an increase to the base price as $10 - $20 extra. Adding another character to the commission will also add an extra $20 to the base price given.Backgrounds are normally a plain colour or a simple styled background.I enjoy drawing most themes & ideas, such as:
most species of animal, gore, both natural and bright colours, lewd/ NSFW.NSFW art: There will be a small increase in base price depending on what scene you want drawn and how much you want going on in the scene. This is a $10-$20 increase naturally. HOWEVER the price can increase higher to $30+, especially if you want to go wild with your fantasies ;)I will NOT draw:
